Concept:

Le projet s'inspire de l'abstraction du pectoral papillon d'un Atlante toltèque, donnant naissance à un volume monolithique conçu comme un gardien tourné vers la vallée.

Le projet organise des espaces ouverts et continus qui favorisent l'interaction sociale et l'appropriation des lieux, créant ainsi un environnement propice au bien-être et à la cohésion au sein du tissu urbain.
